Investcorp S.A. consolidates majority ownership of Investcorp Captial PLC following transfer of Stabilization shares
Following the end of the stabilization period, Q Market Maker LLC, which had previously been appointed as stabilization agent in connection with the listing and initial public offering of Investcorp Capital plc, has transferred a total of 93,913,043 shares to Investcorp S.A. (the “Transfer”).
Upon completion of the Transfer, Investcorp S.A. owned 71.43% of the outstanding share capital of Investcorp Capital plc.
