Investcorp Capital Appoints Rohit Nanda as Chief Financial Officer

Investcorp Capital plc (the "Company" or "Investcorp Capital"), an investor in private markets and provider of capital financing services in the alternative investments space, has announced Mr. Rohit Nanda's appointment as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company, effective 02 April 2024.

Prior to his appointment, Rohit was the Head of Operations and Head of Investment Structuring and Business Support, Asia at Investcorp where he led end-to-end financial business support for the organization, as well as ownership of processes across the investment cycle. Rohit Nanda succeeds Abbas Rizvi, who was appointed CFO of Investcorp Holdings B.S.C. (c) following a tenure marked by significant contributions to Investcorp Capital’s growth, including overseeing the successful listing and initial public offering of the Company.

Abbas Rizvi, Investcorp Holdings’ CFO, and Investcorp Capital Board Member said: "We are delighted to announce the appointment of Rohit Nanda as Investcorp Capital's CFO. Rohit Nanda is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder, holding a master's degree in science with a specialization in finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
