Investcorp Capital is an alternatives investment company that was incorporated on April 24, 2023. An ADGM-incorporated company, it provides investors with direct exposure to a global portfolio of investments across corporate investments, global credit, real estate and strategic capital.

Investcorp Capital was founded by Investcorp Group, one of the leading mid-market global alternative asset managers in the world, with approximately $62 billion of assets under management (including assets managed by third-party managers).

The creation of Investcorp Capital demonstrated the next step in the continued growth, progress and development of Investcorp Group. It is uniquely positioned to provide investors with a first-of-its-kind investment opportunity, with global exposure and positive, risk-adjusted returns.

On October 23, 2023, the company announced its intention to float on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), and was officially listed on the ADX on November 17, 2023.

Dividend Policy

As of the end of Financial Year 2026, Investcorp Capital has approved a total of $110 million in dividends of which $55 million has been paid, meeting its commitment to deliver 8% dividend yield.

If dividends in any period are less than the intended targeted amount, Investcorp Group will forgo its right to receive dividend payments to pay a pro rata amount to other shareholders, with the right to catch up in subsequent financial years. This right will lapse at the end of the financial year ending June 30, 2026.
